| It lies within the territory of Mersin Province. It has been reported that pottery dating from the third millennium BC was recovered from a natural hill where the Silifke Castle rose and that the settlement dated back to the EBA. No further information is provided. The excavation project launched by A. Boran in 2011 has still been going on. |
