| It is some 8.5 km north of Sungurlu District; southwest of Çorum Province [Sipahi-Yildirim 1999:435; map.1]. It is a small settlement. It stands on a natural hill. It was discovered in 1997 by T. Sipahi and T. Yildirim. Sherds dating from the third millennium BC; the second millennium BC; the Phrygian and Classical Periods were collected from the surface. |
