It lies southeast of Çobantepe Village; southeast of Türkoglu District of Kahramanmaras Province. It has been reported that six Early Neolithic sites were discovered during the 1993 Kahramanmaras surface survey conducted by E. Carter of the University of California. Chipped stone tools were found together with chaff tempered ceramics. It has been reported that the ceramics from the site of KM 8 show close affinity with Amuq A and B and Tarsus Neolithic wares. No further information is provided. KM is the acronym used by E. Carter for the province of Kahramanmaras.
