It locates in Dölek Mevkii; 3 km northwest of Gökçetoprak Village; west-southwest of Gülsehir District; west-northwest of Nevsehir Province. It has been severely damaged due to heavy cultivation. It is only 3 m high at present. It is a small and flat hill. According to the distribution of pottery; its diameter is 40 m. During the survey conducted by S.Y. Senyurt in 1997 in the region sherds of the Late Chalcolithic Age; the EBA; the MBA and the LBA were collected from the surface and the fields surrounding the hill. It is reported that the Chalcolithic Age sherds were in large quantities. |
