It is located west of the Ceyhan-Kadirli motorway; 15 km southwest of Kadirli; northeast of Adana Province. It is a small mound. It is 6 m high. It was discovered in 1951 during the Cilicia Survey under M.V. Seton-Williams. Pottery of EBA (straw tempered ware) as well as the second millennium BC and the Roman Period was collected from the surface. During the year the survey was conducted; presence of a modern building was reported. |
