| The mound which has been flooded by Karakaya Dam reservoir was located in the vicinity of Kussaray Sub-district of Baskil; northeast of Malatya. It was discovered by Ü. Serdaroglu during Lower Euphrates Basin Survey in 1975 and dated to EBA. |
