| The round; 100x120 m mound with a flat top; measuring 7-8 m in height; lies northwest of Elazig; 2.5 km west of Balibey subdistrict. Abundant EBA; LBA and Medieval Age sherds were found. It has been reported that the Late Chalcolithic Age and IA settlements are very small in size. Sherds of crème colored chaff-faced ware; dating to the Chalcolithic Age; were also found on the surface. |
