| It lies on a natural hill overlooking the Black Sea; west of Caylioglu Village; west of Ayancik District; west-southwest of Sinop Province. It was discovered by D. French; and revisited by M.A. Isin. Material collected from the surface revealed that an EBA settlement lays beneath the Classical Age layer. |
