It lies about 2 km south-southeast of Isaköy; 5 km east-southeast of Arguvan; north of Malatya Province. It measures 8 m in height and 75 m in diameter. It was discovered by C.A. Burney in 1956. Sherds of the black burnished Karaz ware dating from the EBA and the painting decorated EBA II-III ware were collected from the surface. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. |
