It is located on the hill, 300 m north of Armutçuk Quarter, in Mazi Village, in Mumcular Town of Bodrum District, in Mugla Province. There is an acropolis on the summit of the hill and the acropolis is encircled with a second wall. The outer wall was built with rubble stones. The wall in the north is 1.50 m wide and preserved up to about 2 m high. There are buildings adjacent to this wall. The workmanship of the acropolis wall is better and there is an opening for entrance in the west end. There are a large number of unidentified structures within the city wall. Potsherds were determined on the surface. To the west of the hill, outside the city wall, there are agricultural terraces and a farmhouse built with rubble stones. There are building remains and a rectangular grave built with rubble stones in the east of the hill. The remains are dated to the Hellenistic and Roman periods. It is registered in the Cultural Inventory of Mugla Province [Mugla KE III.2 2013: 1532-3].
