| It is located in the woodland, on the left of the road heading to Armutçuk Quarter, in Mazi Village, in Mumcular Town of Bodrum District, in Mugla Province. There are remains of a structure that measures 40x40 m. It has a rampart. Within the rampart, there are remains of a large number of structures, a high density of potsherds and roof tiles. The width of the rampart is about 1.5 m and the north section is preserved up to 3 m high. The square planned tower remained within the rampart was built with rubble stones. It is about 0.90 m wide and preserved up to 2.5 m high. The settlement is not dated yet. It is registered in the Cultural Inventory of Mugla Province [Mugla KE III.2 2013: 1529]. |
