It is located 9 km north of Silivri District in Istanbul Province. It was discovered during the IstYA Survey in 2013. Worked stones, tools in preparation, used tools and an abrader were found in the fields in the west of the area called Eski Fenerköy. It is suggested that the area was used as a workshop. There are also pithoi sherds, lug and body sherds and stone objects made from quartzite in the area [Güldogan 2015:27]. |
