It locates at the fork where Kizilagaç and Tekke creeks join, 3 km east of Düzardiç Village, in Canik District of Samsun Province. It situates in the area where the Canik Mountains expands towards the north. It was initially investigated by U.B. Alkim. It was reinvestigated during the survey conducted by A. Türker and his team in 2015. It is locally known as "Baca Tepe". It is round and conical. It covers an area of about 570 square meters. Late Chalcolithic, EBA and MBA wares were found on the mound. Potsherds dating to IA and Hellenistic Period were determined on its southern slope. There are also flint tool pieces. A large number of mudbrick fragments (one of which is burnt) and floor fragments with a thick layer of plaster were found in the upper sections of the mound. A baked clay animal figurine, 4 spindle whorls, 1 burnisher with a broken tip, 1 ground stone were found. There are remains of a stonework structure, which could be a cistern or a water pool, in the east terrace. Hellenistic wares are abundant in this area as well [Türker 2017:401-2].
