It is located at a height of 2084 m, near Karasu River, 7 km north of Iliç District in Erzincan Province. It is quite larger than the other mounds in the vicinity and is surrounded by fertile agricultural fields. It was investigated during the survey conducted by Alpaslan Ceylan and his team in 2014. A few pottery sherds were found [Ceylan et al. 2016:451]. |
