It is located 2 km north of Yürükatli Village in Horasan District of Erzurum Province. It was discovered during the survey conducted by N. Ceylan in 2013. The village road passes from the west of the fortress. It has the same characteristics with the other Urartian fortresses in the region. The city wall of the fortress was built in cyclopean masonry. The thickness of the walls range from 1.5 m to 2 m. Potsherds found in this area are dated to Middle IA. To the west of the fortress, a Urartian rock-cut tomb is located [Ceylan et al. 2015:76].
