It is located in Höyük Tepe Mevkii, 300 m south of Aciçesme Höyügü, 2 km west of Büyükkisla Village and 1 km west of Delikkaya Hill in Hacibektas District of Nevsehir Province. It was discovered during the survey conducted by A. Türker in 2013. The mound measures 387 m in diameter and 14 m in height. The potsherds and stones seen on the terrace of the mound indicate the existence of a settlement. The mound yielded MBA, LBA, IA, Hellenistic-Roman, Late Roman / Byzantine potsherds [Türker 2015:240]. |
