It is located in the middle of Agcin-Gümüskaya (Palas) motorway in Adiyaman Province. It was discovered during the survey conducted by S. Ezer in 2013. It is situated on a quite steep rocky surface in the western side of Euphrates Valley. It is a small size, quite flat mound. 2nd and 1st millennia BC sherds were seen on the surface. Chaff tempered, coarse, handmade sherds and some flint tool indicate the existence of an early occupation as well [Ezer et al. 2015:181]. |
