It is located in the west of Konya-Karaman motorway, in the north of Avdul Village in Çumra District of Konya Province. It was discovered during the survey carried out by H. Bahar and his team in 2012. Potsherds found in the north section of the mound are dated to EBAi Hellenistic and Late Roman periods. During the survey, a slag fragment was encountered as well [Bahar 2014:260]. |
