It lies immediate north of the village of Dalyan; south of Kurudere on the shore of the Aegean Sea. In 1967; J. Cook found pottery belonging to the prehistoric periods. J. Mellaart analyzed and dated this pottery to the second millennium BC and the EBA (Troy I). It can not be located exactly in the ancient site. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
