It is located 6 km northeast of Hanahmet Village, 31 km north of Pasinler District of Erzurum Province. It was discovered during the survey conducted by Üngör and his team in 2012. A great number of oval panned building remains were encountered in the area. Due to the limited number of potsherds, the precise date of the settlement couldn't be determined. However, the highland culture in Anatolia is dated back to EBA. Therefore, the settlement could belong to the earlier period [Üngör et al. 2014:66-67]. |
