It is located 1 km north of Hasanbey Village, 39 km southeast of Horasan District of Erzurum Province. It was discovered during the survey conducted by Üngör and his team in 2012. Hasanbey Köyüstü is an upland settlement and it has been inhabited since early periods. No architectural remains were found. Great numbers of potsherds found in the area are dated to EBA, IA and Middle Age [Üngör et al. 2014:63]. |
