The site lies southwest of Kirklareli; 2.5 km to Inece village; on the east bank of the stream; 500 m north of the bridge; which is beyond the tumuli of Dokuz Höyük. It is thought that the inhabitants used Teke (Tekke) Stream as their water source. The site was discovered during the 1981 survey conducted by M. Özdogan. According to him; sherds; contemporary with Karanova III-V phases; were found on the surface. |
