It is located on the east bank of Salat Creek in Yukari Salat Village in Bismil District of Diyarbakir Province. It appears in the Diyarbakir Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Diyarbakir Province Culture and Tourism Directorship between 2009 and 2011. Potsherds belonging to Chalcolithic, EBA, MBA and Middle Age were collected from the surface of the mound with a height of 5 m. |
