It is located 1.1 km northwest of Yukari Salat Village in Bismil District of Diyarbakir Province. It appears in the Diyarbakir Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Diyarbakir Province Culture and Tourism Directorship between 2009 and 2011. Local people call this area as Yedi Belanin Yeri or Merkulya. Potsherds belonging to Chalcolithic, Assyrian Period and Middle Age were seen on the surface. |
