It is located on the right bank of the Göksu Creek in Çinar District of Diyarbakir Province. It appears in the Diyarbakir Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Diyarbakir Province Culture and Tourism Directorship between 2009 and 2011. The village is built on the mound. The mound is 2 hectares in length and 5 m in height. Neolithic and IA potsherds were seen on the illicit digging pits on the plain areas between the village houses and the northern skirt of the mound.
