Haroglu Tarlasi used to be in Sarigöl Village, west of Elazig province before the construction of Karakaya Dam. Today the settlement is totally submerged by Karakaya Dam. It was first discovered in 1977, during a survey conducted in order to document the settlements and monuments that were to be affected by the construction of Karakaya Dam. The site was officially registered in 1988. Sherds dating to the EBA; Post-Classical Period and sherds of dark faced burnished ware were found. In addition; flintstone finds were collected. The location code of the site is P 50 / 2.
