It is located on the north tip of Babahaki Village in Bismil District of Diyarbakir Province. It appears in the Diyarbakir Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Diyarbakir Province Culture and Tourism Directorship between 2009 and 2011. There are abandoned and partially ruined houses on the skirts of the mound. Among the sherds collected from the surface, there are Neo-Assyrian and Middle Assyrian wares, Metallic Ware, RBWW which is characteristic ware of MBA, Habur wares, Hellenistic and Middle Age wares.
