It is located 2 km west of Berkevir Village in Çinar District of Diyarbakir Province. It appears in the Diyarbakir Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Diyarbakir Province Culture and Tourism Directorship between 2009 and 2011. It is 50x60 m in dimension and 20 m in height. There is a ruin belonging to the late period on the mound and a concrete fountain is located on its southwest. The collected sherds from the surface are dated to BA and Roman Period. Sherds are mostly buff colored, grit-tempered and handmade. |
