| It is located in Tilver Village in Çinar District of Diyarbakir Province. It appears in the Diyarbakir Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Diyarbakir Province Culture and Tourism Directorship between 2009 and 2011. It measures 100x150 m. There is a power distribution unit on top of the mound and this section is surrounded by a wall. A great number of sherds belonging to BA and IA and obisidian pieces were seen on the surface. The upper section of the mound is being used as a cemetery since the late periods. |
