It is located on the south of Afan Creek in Basari Village in Çermik District of Diyarbakir Province. It appears in the Diyarbakir Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Diyarbakir Province Culture and Tourism Directorship between 2009 and 2011. While stone piles in high density and graves are located on its north, a great number of potsherds and wall remains of buildings were seen on its south. The graves extend in the north-south direction and are in rectangular plan. The walls with stone masonry surround the graves. Sherds on the surface are dated to 3rd and 1st millennium BC.
