It is located on the west of Çavli District in Dicle District of Diyarbakir Province. It appears in the Diyarbakir Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Diyarbakir Province Culture and Tourism Directorship between 2009 and 2011. There is modern village settlement on the eastern skirt and top of the mound. Sherds belonging to 1st millennium BC, Roman Period, Middle Age and Islamic Period were seen on the surface.
