| It lies on a ridge about 250 m above Samsun-Ordu motorway which is at a dominating position for the sea. The tumuli appear in the Samsun Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Samsun Special Provincial Administration Directorship of Development and Construction in 2009.The tumuli consist of one big and one small piled up hills. They are lined up successively in the north-south direction. The floor space of the tumuli is about 200 m in diameter and the big one is 20 m in height. |
