It is located about 1.5 km away from the Gölova turnout which is 5 km far from Elmali District of Antalya Province. It lies on the rocky hill immediately behind Gölova (Mügren) Village. The grave appears in the Antalya Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Antalya Province Culture and Tourism Directorship in 2005.The floor of the grave measures 4.9x4.25 m and the grave is 2.9 m in height. It was built with 7 blocks with a thickness of 45-50 cm. The roof with pediment is 90 cm high. It consists of two pieces. There are two entrances: one at the back and one in the front. It is assumed that the grave is dated to 5th century BC. |
