| It is located on the west of Gördük Village in Silvan District of Diyarbakir Province. The settlement appears in the Diyarbakir Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Diyarbakir Province Culture and Tourism Directorship between 2009 and 2011. The mound is 19 m in height and 244x281 m in dimensions. The water channel lies on its south. The collected sherds from the surface are dated to Chalcolithic, BA and Middle Age. |
