It is located in Düzova Village in Silvan District of Diyarbakir Province. The settlement appears in the Diyarbakir Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Diyarbakir Province Culture and Tourism Directorship between 2009 and 2011. The mound is 42 m in height and 279x211 m in dimensions. Potsherds belonging to Chalcolithic, Assyrian Period and 2nd millennium BC and lots of obsidian fragments were encountered on the surface. |
