It is located on the north of Kuruçay Village in Silvan District of Diyarbakir Province. The settlement appears in the Diyarbakir Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Diyarbakir Province Culture and Tourism Directorship between 2009 and 2011. The mound is 289x233 m in dimensions and about 28 m in height. Flint tools, choppers, flakes and sherds belonging to Assyrian and Roman periods and Middle Age were encountered during the survey. |
