| It is located in Bereketli Village in Silvan District of Diyarbakir Province. The settlement appears in the Diyarbakir Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Diyarbakir Province Culture and Tourism Directorship between 2009 and 2011. Extending in the east-west direction, the mound is 25 m in height and 99x165 m in dimensions. |
