It is located in Beypinar Village in Silvan District of Diyarbakir Province. The settlement appears in the Diyarbakir Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Diyarbakir Province Culture and Tourism Directorship between 2009 and 2011. A creek flow from the area near to the western skirts of the mound. The collected sherds from the surface are dated to Chalcolithic, Assyrian Period and Middle Age. |
