There are three human reliefs standing side by side which are placed in rectangular shaped panel on the surface of the rock. These human depictions hold double axes over their shoulders. The entrance of the cave is located on the south section of Asarlik Hill. There are dioscuri depictions placed in a rectangular shaped panel on the upper part and the corner of the mouth of the cave. These depictions are painted in red ochre.
