It is located on the area known as Deliktas Tepe in Sugözü Quarter; Merkez District of Elazig Province. The settlement appears in the Elazig Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Elazig Province Culture and Tourism Directorship in 2009. The natural rocky area is formed by a curved rock which is supported a pointed rock with a height of 1-1.5 m. Sherds belonging to Urartian Period, Middle Age and various periods were collected from the surface. According to some caves were seen around the rock, it is believed that this area could belong to Urartian rock graves. |
