It lies on the eastern ridges of Meydan Bogazi Deresi, about 1.5 km southwest of Kömürcü Village in Merkez District of Nigde. The settlement appears in the Nigde Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Nigde Province Culture and Tourism Directorship in 2009. It is about 4-5 m in height and it is located on the slope measuring 50x50 m. Around the mound, remains of wall erected with local stones and 2nd and 1st millennium BC sherds (plain) were densely encountered. |
