It lies on a hill, east of Nevale Kevir Creek, about 1 km west of Balotu Village, 15 km west of Bulanik District of Mus Province. It was discovered during the survey performed by Biber and his team in 2010. The west side of the mound is partly covered by rocks and the foundation of the rampart can be traces on the northwest slopes. There are scattered foundation remains which indicate architectural structures on top of the mound. Potsherds belonging to EBA, MBA, IA and Middle Age were collected from the surface [Biber et al. 2012:377]. |
