It is located in front of Baspinar Spring which originates from the highland about 7 km southwest of Direkli Village and flows through north; in Merkez District of Isparta. It was discovered during the survey conducted by Özsait-Özsait in 2010. A platform made up of shapely cut-stone blocks has been seen. The opening with water outflow shows Roman characteristics like the platform in front of it. The walls formed with shapely cut-stone blocks which were placed on the platform and the opening with water outflow at three intervals, were also used to direct water flow. It is suggested that this place was used as a sanctuary in Roman Period [Özsait-Özsait 2012:283]. |
