This site is 3 km Southeast of Taşbaşı Village of Bozkır Suburb of Konya City, and in the Southwest of Yeniköy, and in the North of Eğister Creek, between the exit of Konya Highway and Eğiste Creek. It is documented during the survey carried out by Bahar in 2009. The site's altitude is 1410 m. Clinkers and pottery pieces form Late Chalcolithic, Bronze Age and Roman Ğ Byzantium Period are found on the surface of the mound which is approximately 100 by 150 by 15 m [Bahar 2011: 307-308]. |
