This site is on a hill with an altitude of 1,624 m; 215 m South of Göztepe Mound in the East of Göztepe Village which is 17 km South of Bulanık Suburb of Muş City. It is documented during the survey carried out by Biber-Çavuşoğlu in 2009. The grave is in the South tip and on the West face of the hill and it is positioned in the East-West direction. The entrance is believed to be from the East. Two of the lids covering the grave are still intact and in place. The position of the one on the West is slightly moved. The grave is rectangular planned, its size is 2.00 by 3.10 m, and it is filled with debris which makes it difficult to estimate its depth (current measured depth is 1.10 m). The walls are mostly built with irregular, no-workmanship lime stones. The entrance which is believed to be from the East is demolished; this makes it impossible to determine whether there was a front-entrance. A niche exists in the middle of the wall in the West which is 0.30 by 0.50 m. Considering the structure of the grave as well as the artefacts which were transported to Van Museum during 1990s, it is evident that this site is from Urartian Period [Biber-Çavuşoğlu 2011: 210].
