It lies in the area known as Aksu Mevkii; 3 km east-southeast of the village of Akören; east of Gazligöl Village; north of Beyköy; north-northwest of Afyonkarahisar Province. The mound is locally known as Sivriucuk. Although it was introduced with EBA finds by D.H. French; it is not included in the EBA-LBA map prepared by the Afyon Archaeological Museum. |
