This site is in the centre of Çaygeldi (Alibocan) Village of Bulanık Suburb of Muş City. It is documented during the survey carried out by Biber-Çavuşoğlu in 2009. Its altitude is 1,721 m with a 25 m height over the flatland in the East. Village houses are located in the North and in the East. Alitacir Creek flows from the East slopes. The mound has a flat-conical shape, and it is flatter in the West and steeper in the East. The 110 by 170 m mound has an oval plan in North-South direction. The potteries captured on the surface of the mound are from EIA, MIA (Bianili) and MA [Biber-Çavuşoğlu 2011: 207]. |
