| A site is on a hill in the İnalözü Village of Merkez Suburb of Çorum City which is locally known as "Hüyük" but actually a burial mound. It is documented during the survey carried out by Yıldırım-Sipahi in 2009. Intense Late Roman and Byzantium Period remains are found on the farms around the burial mound. And other burial mounds are encountered in the surrounding area [Yıldırım-Sipahi 2011: 46-47]. |
