This site is 4 km Southwest of Mollakent Locality of Bulanık Suburb of Muş City; approximately 250 m South of Akkent Fort; on the Eastern tip Akkent Hill and in between Ağaçlı Hill in the East and Ağaçsız Hill in the West. A survey that is planned to last 5 years is initiated at this site in 2009 by Biber-Çavuşoğlu. It has a 200 by 250 m water reservoir created by Mami Creek flowing from South. The barrier is on the North side of the reservoir. It must have been built in Urartian Period for watering the farmlands which are known as Ziyaret Locality and Develan Flatland today. It is known as Gavur Bendi by the locals. The reservoir is in East-West direction and has a twofold system featuring an outer dam and an inner dam. The barrier is approximately 50 m high and 13 m thick in the East and 10 m thick in the West. The inner barrier is recently filled with soil. The barrier is mainly constructed with semi-processed large stones with some stones reflecting proper workmanship. Considering the marks on the barrier, it is determined that there was multiple sluices. This site is in the list of registered archaeological sites created by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism [Biber-Çavuşoğlu 2011:206-207].
