This site is in the North of Olukbaşı Village of Taşköprü Suburb of Kastamonu City. It was researched by Summerer in 2009. It is an Achaemenid fort. The illicit excavation holes unearthed blocks of limestone. No mortar is used with these blocks. Among the rough black pottery pieces found frequently here are an Achaemenid-type black glossy lined kantharos, a piece of phiale, and some grey Phrygian pottery pieces. The fort extends down to the river and it was previously believed to be a point of defence. Now it is found that this is also a sacred location. There are two dents on the rocks in the West side of the river around which are cut with a 10 cm wide spoon shaped flute. Circular dents can be interpreted in many ways including wheels as well as sacred circles [Summerer 2011:73-74].
